All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping for order below 200 pairs. Orders between 201 and 500 pairs will receive 55% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Orders between 501 and 1.000 pairs will receive 60% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Orders since 1.001 pairs will receive 65% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Other conditions must be negotiated with our sales department. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in EUR.
A minimum order of 12 pairs ballerinas per color (mixing sizes is fine) and at least 16 models/colors is required on opening orders. Initial orders must be paid for up front before items are shipped out. We will contact you with your order total and a digital invoice.
No minimum order is required for re-orders. After 3 months from your initial purchase, you may apply for a Trading Account.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to email@example.com within 48 hours.
We manufacture in European size. This size guide table helps you to convert our size to other systems of sizes.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. In the event that a product is not available; and/or the estimated dispatch date is more than 10 business days, we will offer you a refund for the product that is not available, but not the whole order.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Unless we have expressly agreed with you in writing that your payment terms are NET, payment is required on a pro-forma basis before shipping. Payment must be made by credit card, debit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Your obligation to deliver appropriate payment will only be fulfilled once the payment monies have been received by us. If you elect to pay by PayPal, we reserve the right to charge a 3.4% fee.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Though making process and shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 4-5 weeks for your order to ship. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS:
All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our product material (natural leather), each product may vary slightly.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Balletinas at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
